使用咪奎莫特乳膏降低尖锐湿疣复发率的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察在常规处理尖锐湿疣恢复情况下,原皮损处外用咪奎莫特乳膏治疗复发率。方法:常规处理尖锐湿疣(激光去除疣体,配合干扰素300万U肌内注射),在创面恢复正常情况下后,外搽米奎莫特乳膏,30天为一疗程。1疗程后,定期复查3个月后判断效果。结果:米奎莫特能显著降低尖锐湿疣的复发率。结论:咪奎模特乳膏外搽治疗尖锐湿疣经济、时间短,是一种值得推荐的治疗方法。Objective：To evaluate the effectiveness of miquimod cream by external application in the original skin lesion after wound healing for decreasing the recurrence rate of condyloma acuminatum.Methods：To routinely treat condyloma acuminatum（using laser to remove wart,combined with INF 3 millions unit intramuscular injection） and after healing of wound surface,miquimod cream was externally applied,with 30 d as a course.After one course,follow up was performed in regular intervals and the curative effects were evaluated after 3-month treatment.Results：Miquimod cream could significantly decrease the recurrence rate of condyloma acuminatum.Conclusion：Miquimod cream by external application can significantly decrease the recurrence rate of condyloma acuminatum with more economy and short treatment time,which is a treatment method worthy of being promoted in clinic.
