摘　　要：目的：探讨瘘管性肛周脓肿一次性根治的可行性及治疗方法。方法：回顾性总结一次性根治术治疗瘘管性肛周脓肿30例,分析其手术方法、注意事项及疗效。结果：所有病例经随访6个月~2年,术后形成肛瘘1例,脓肿复发1例,余28例均一次性根治,未出现肛门狭窄、肛门溢液及排便功能障碍等并发症。结论：一次性根治术治疗瘘管性肛周脓肿,复发率低,并发症少,避免二次手术,减轻病人痛苦及经济负担,不失为瘘管性肛周脓肿的首选治疗方法。Objective：To explore the feasibility and the treatment method of one-time radical surgery for fistular perianal abscess.Methods：30 cases of fistular perianal abscess treated by onetime radical surgery were retrospectively summarized and analyzed on the opearative methods,matters need attention and curative effects.Results：All cases were followed up for 6 months to 2 years,which showing forming 1 cases of anal fistula,1 cases of abscess recurrence,the remaining 28 cases were cured once without the complications such as anal stricture,anal incontinence,anal overflow and defecation dysfunction.Conclusion：One-time radical surgery for treating fistular perianal abscess has the low recurrence rate and fewer complications,avoid reoperation,relieve patient′ s pain and economic burden,which could be considered as the first choice for the treatment.
