急诊抢救6930例患者疾病谱的分析与护理

摘　　要：目的：了解急诊抢救患者的主要疾病谱和特点,提高护理人员急救水平。方法：选取6 930例急诊抢救患者的救治资料,对其所属病种、年龄、性别等情况进行统计分析。结果：男女之比为1.47∶1;急诊抢救疾病谱前6位依次是神经系统疾病、创伤、循环系统疾病、消化系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、急性中毒,占总抢救人数的86.37%,神经系统疾病是急诊抢救疾病谱的最主要组成部分（23.00%）;急诊抢救病种前6位中男女比为1.62∶1,中毒患者女性多于男性;神经和消化系统疾病以20岁以上人群为主;创伤和急性中毒以20~59岁人群为主,循环和呼吸系统疾病以40岁以上人群为主,神经系统疾病呈现年青化趋势。结论：以急诊抢救病例疾病谱为依据,不断加强对从事急救工作的医护人员进行神经系统、创伤、循环系统等疾病的急救培训,以提高急救水平,护理上应针对疾病谱的构成及特点采取积极的防治措施。Objective：To understand the disease spectrum for first-aid cases in our hospital for improving the level of first-aid nursing.Methods：The data of 6930 cases in emergency department of our hospital were chosen and statistically analyzed in 6 aspects including disease entity,age,sex,etc.for drawing the graph according to the results calculated by EXCEL software.Results：The ratio of males to females was1.47：1.The top 6 places in the first-aid disease spectrum were in turn neurological disease,trauma,circulation system disease,digestive system disease,respiratory system disease and acute poisoning,accounting for 86.37% of the total first aid patients.Neurological disease（23.00%） was the top in the disease spectrum.Neurological disease and digestive system disease were mainly among the crowd above 20 years old.Trauma and acute poisoning were mainly among 20~59 years old.Circulation system disease and respiratory disease were mainly among the crowd above 40 years old.Neurological diseases showed younger trend.Conclusion：The first-aid care should be based on the disease spectrum,the medial workers in emergency should be trained continuously to improve their abilities in rescuing the patients with neurological disease,trauma and circulation system disease.According to composition and characteristics of first-aid disease spectrum,nurses in emergency room should take the active measures for the prevention and cure of disease.
