摘　　要：目的：总结80例面肌痉挛,微血管减压术及护理经验。方法：应用显微神经外科技术,经乳突后入路实施面神经-微血管减压术的护理配合,结果：患者术后1~6天,均未出现明显的面肌痉挛,无脑脊液漏,伤口愈合良好。结论：面神经-微血管减压术,是目前治疗原发性面肌痉挛首选的方法。良好的手术体位和护理配合,是保证手术成功的重要环节。Objective：To summarize the nursing experience in 80 cases of facial spasm undergoing microvascular decompression.Methods：Microscopical decompression of facial nerve via posterior incision of ipsilateral mastoid was performed with nursing cooperation.Results：On postoperative 1~6 d,all patients recovered well with good wounds healing and without obvious facial spasm or leakage of cerebrospinal fluid.Conclusion：Microvasular decompression of facial nerve is the choice of treatment for the patients with facial spasm.The right patient′s position and nursing cooperation during operation are two important factors ensuring successful operative procedure.
