无张力疝修补术临床分析及常见并发症的处理

摘　　要：目的：探讨无张力疝修补术的可行性及常见并发症的处理。方法：对我院2004年3月~2009年3月的329例无张力疝修补术的临床资料作回顾性分析。结果：手术全部顺利完成,单侧平均手术时间52 min,双侧平均手术时间87.5 min,术后出现阴囊积液2例,手术区域疼痛5例,皮下大面积出血1例,复发1例,无切口感染,术后平均随防33.5个月。结论：无张力疝修补术安全、简单、疼痛轻、恢复快、复发率低,是安全有效的术式,值得推广应用。Objective：To discuss the feasibility of tension-free hernioplasty and treatment of the frequent complications.Methods： The retrospective analysis was performed in 329 patients receiving tension-free hernioplasty from Mar.2004 to Mar.2009 in our hospital.Results：All operations were successfully completed with the mean operating time of 52 min and the mean bilateral operating time of 87.5 min.Postoperative hydrocele occurred in 2 cases,operative area pain in 5 cases,massive subcutaneous hemorrhage in 1 case and relapse in 1 case without incision infection.Postoperative follow up averaged 33.5 months.Conclusion：Tension-free hernioplasty is a safe,simple and effective operation method with less pain,quick recovery and low recurrence rate,which is worthy of promoting.
