卵圆钳钳夹宫颈治疗产后出血的临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析无齿卵圆钳钳夹宫颈治疗阴道分娩产后出血的临床效果。方法选择60例产后出血的产妇为研究对象,其中常规使用催产素、米索前列醇等方法治疗的30例为对照组,在常规治疗的基础上加用宫颈钳夹术的30例为观察组,比较两组治疗的效果。结果观察组产后2h的出血量、产后2h至产后24h的出血量明显减少,产后1d血红蛋白值下降与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),产后发生尿潴留无明显差异。结论用无齿卵圆钳正确钳夹宫颈1～2h,并加用催产素、米索前列醇同时治疗,能有效控制子宫收缩乏力性产后出血,作用迅速,疗效好,操作简单,取材方便,其预防产后出血的效果显著优于单纯应用药物治疗。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of no teeth oval cervical clamp on postpartum hemorrhage after vaginal birth. Methods Sixty cases of postpartum hemorrhage were selected as the research objects. Thirty cases were in the control group and treated with oxytocin, misoprostol and other routine methods. The other thirty cases were in the observation group and treated with cervical clamp technique besides conventional therapy. And then the treatment effects in the two groups were compared. Results The post-partum bleeding was significantly reduced in the observation group after 2h, 24h. There was significant difference on hemoglobin value between the observation group and the control group （P〈0.01）. But there was no significant difference on postpartum urinary retention. Conclusion Holding the cervical using no teeth oval cervical clamp for about 1-2 hours and treating with oxytocin, misoprostol at the same time can effectively control the postpartum hemorrhage. It＇s rapid, effective, easy to operate, convenient and significantly better than drug only treatment.
