摘 要:目的考察N-三甲基壳聚糖(TMC60)对更昔洛韦的体外促渗作用。方法制备含1%TMC60的更昔洛韦凝胶,用Franz扩散池进行体外促渗作用研究,以稳态透皮速率(J)为指标,与同浓度的氮酮、壳聚糖(CS)进行比较。结果空白组、氮酮组、TMC60组及CS组的J值分别为3.822 1,4.098 4,4.205 5及4.356 9μg.(cm2)-1.h-1。与空白组相比,TMC60有显著的促进更昔洛韦体外经皮渗透作用(P<0.05),与同浓度氮酮、CS相比,促渗作用差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 TMC60可显著促进更昔洛韦的体外经皮渗透。Objective To study the cutaneous absorption enhancement of N-trimethyl chitosan(TMC60) on ganciclovir gel. Methods The ganciclovir gel with 1% TMC60 as absorption enhancer was prepared.The enhancement of TMC60 was studied by using Franz diffusion cells in vitro and stability penetration rate[J,μg·(cm2)-1·h-1] as indicator,in comparison to the same concentration of azone and chitosan(CS). Results J values of ganciclovir gels without or with azone,TMC60 and CS as enhancer was 3.822 1,4.098 4,4.205 5 and 4.356 9 μg·(cm2)-1·h-1,respectively.Compared with the blank group,TMC60 significantly enhanced transdermal permeation of ganciclovir(P0.05).While no significant difference was found compared with azone and CS(P0.05). Conclusion TMC60 could enhance cutaneous absorption of ganciclovir.
