摘 要:目的探讨虎尾轮根不同提取部位对肾阳虚模型小鼠的影响。方法采用氢化可的松致小鼠肾阳虚模型,对小鼠体征、抗氧化能力、应激能力、睾丸质量进行测定。结果虎尾轮根提取物的总膏、乙酸乙酯部位、正丁醇部位可明显提高小鼠食欲,增加体质量,促进生长发育,增加脾脏、胸腺质量,提高脾脏和胸腺指数,明显减轻肾阳虚小鼠生殖器官萎缩,有明显的抗疲劳作用,可提高小鼠的应激能力。结论虎尾轮根可改善肾阳虚小鼠的生存质量,其乙酸乙酯部位、正丁醇部位是其抗肾阳虚主要的药效部位。Objective To study effects of different extracts from Roots of Uraria crinita on kidney-YANG deficiency mice induced by hydrocortisone. Methods Kidney-YANG deficiency mice were induced by hydrocortisone,effects of different extracts from roots of Uraria crinita were observed by observing physical signs,measuring anti-oxidative stress ability and reproductive organ weights. Results Total ointment,acetic ether extract and n-butanol extract significantly enhanced appetite,increased body weight,promoted growth and development,raised spleen and thymic weight index,prominently alleviated reproductive organs' atrophy,obviously eliminated fatigue,and enhanced anti-oxidative stress ability of mice. Conclusion Roots of Uraria crinita can improve the life quality of Kidney-YANG deficiency mice,the acetic ether extract and n-butanol extract are the major active extracts on kidney-YANG deficiency.
