摘 要:以磺酰氯作氯化剂、烃类油作溶剂,采用溶液法制备了氯化丁基橡胶,对反应产物的结构进行了表征,考察了氯化反应温度、反应时间和磺酰氯用量对氯化丁基橡胶氯含量及数均分子量的影响。结果表明,所得产物的结构与工业生产的产品基本相同;在反应温度为120~140℃、反应时间约为6 min、磺酰氯用量为0.6~1.8 mL时,可制备出含氯质量分数为1.15%~1.35%、数均分子量与工业级产品基本相当的氯化丁基橡胶。Chlorinated butyl rubber (CBR) was synthesized by using solution method, with hydrocarbon oil as solvent, and sulfonyl chloride as chlorinating agent. The structure of product was characterized arid the effects of temperature, reaction time and the amount of sulfonyl chloride on chlorine content and number-average molecular weight of CBR were studied. The results showed that the structure of CBR was about the same as that of the industrial products. The CBR similar to commercial product in mass fraction of chlorine 1. 15% - 1.35% and number-average molecular weight could be obtained under the condition of 120 - 140 ℃ , 6 min and sulfonyl chloride 0. 6 - 1.8 mL.
