摘  要:以氯化聚乙烯(CM)为基体、偶氮二甲酰胺为发泡剂、碳酸钙为填料,采用模压法制备了发泡CM,研究了CM的最佳硫化和发泡温度,考察了碳酸钙种类及用量对CM发泡性能及发泡CM微观形貌的影响。结果表明,制备发泡CM的最佳硫化发泡温度为170℃。不同种类碳酸钙对CM发泡性能及发泡CM微观形貌的影响不同,填充量较低(20份)时,纳米碳酸钙的发泡效果最好,其次是轻质碳酸钙;填充量高于30份时,重质碳酸钙的发泡效果优于轻质碳酸钙和纳米碳酸钙。The foamed chlorinated polyethylene (CM) was prepared by molding method with CM as matrix, azodiformamide as foaming agent and different CaCO3 as fillers. The optimal curing and foaming temperature was studied, and the effects of type and amount of CaCO3 on CM foaming performance and micromorphology of foamed CM were investigated. The results showed that the best curing and foaming temperature was 170℃ for the preparation of foamed CM. The effects of different kinds of CaCO3 on CM foaming performance and micromorphology of foamed CM were different. The foaming effect with nano- CaCO3 was the best when the loading level was lower than 20 phr, while the light CaCO3 was better kind. The foaming effect with ground CaCO3 was better than the other two when the loading level was higher than 30 phr.
