摘 要:以Al2O3粉体为导热填料、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶(MVQ)为基体制得MVQ/Al2O3导热复合材料。研究了MVQ和Al2O3的干燥温度对MVQ/Al2O3体系导热性能的影响,并考察了体系的填料网络结构。结果表明,MVQ的干燥温度越高,其小分子挥发分越低,复合材料的导热性能越好。Al2O3的干燥温度越高,其残余水分含量越低;不同粒径Al2O3粉体的残余水分含量对复合材料的导热性能影响不同,减少小粒径Al2O3中的残余水分含量,能增强复合体系的填料网络结构,显著提高复合材料的导热性能,但大粒径Al2O3中残余水分含量对复合材料导热性能的影响很小。Methyl vinyl silicone rubber ( MVQ ) / Al2O3 thermal conductivity composites were prepared with MVQ as matrix and Al2O3 as filler. The effect of drying temperature of MVQ and Al2O3 on the thermal conductivity of MVQ/Al2O3 composites was investigated, and the filler network structure of the composites was also studied. The results showed that the higher the drying temperature, the lower the volatile of MVQ and the better the thermal conductivity of the eomposites. The higher the drying temperature, the lower the residual water content in Al2O3, and the residual water eontent in Al2O3 powders with different particle sizes had different impacts on the thermal conductivity of the composites, reducing the residual water content in small particle size Al2O3 would enhance filler network structure in the composites and significantly improve the thermal conductivity; while the residual water content in larger particle size Al2O3 had little influence on the thermal conductivity of the composite.
