摘  要:以茜素红(ARS)为荷移试剂,采用分光光度法直接测定了头孢克洛(CFC),并研究了ARS-CFC络合物的可见光谱性质及最佳反应条件。CFC浓度在1.157~38.58μg/mL范围内遵循比尔定律,回归方程为A=0.02683ρ+0.01064(ρ:μg/mL),检出限0.56μg/mL,表观摩尔吸光系数5.77×103L.mol-1.cm-1,相关系数r=0.9986,络合物络合比为1∶1,并对反应机理进行了初探。本文对尿样及生物样品中的头孢克洛进行加标回收测定。Cefaclor(CFC) was determined directly by spectrophotometry with ARS as a developer.The spectral characteristic and the reaction condition of the complex of cefaclor(CFC) and Alizarin Red S(ARS) were investigated.The results showed that the concentration of CFC obeyed the Beer's law in the range of 1.157~38.58 μg/mL and the regression equation was A=0.02683 ρ+0.01064(ρ:μg/mL) with the correlation coefficient R of 0.9986,the apparent molar absorptivity was 5.77×103 L·mol-1·cm-1 and the detection limit was 0.56 μg/mL.Furthermore,the reaction mechanism was also explored elementarily.The proposed method has been successfully applied to the determination of CFC in urine and biological samples.
