摘 要:采用分子印迹技术,以对硫磷为模板分子,二乙烯三胺为固化剂,环氧树脂为单体,聚乙二醇为致孔剂,制备了具有良好识别性能的分子印迹聚合物。系统考察了对硫磷与其结构类似物在该聚合物上的选择性分离富集特性。用聚合物固相萃取了小白菜中的对硫磷。结果表明,聚合物对模板分子产生了印迹效应,对对硫磷有明显的选择性。本文采用C18色谱柱,以甲醇-水(体积比为70∶30)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,进样量为20μL,吸收波长为270 nm,可在10min内实现对硫磷的测定。A molecularly imprinted polymer was prepared by molecular imprinting technique using parathion as the template,epoxy resin as the monomer,diethylenetriamine as the curing agent and polyethylene glycol as the pore forming agent.The characteristics of selective separation and preconcentration of parathion and its structural analogs on the polymer were examined.Polymer was used to extract the parathion in the Napa Cabbage.The results indicated two different kinds of recognition sites in the MIP,and the MIP showed specific affinity toward parathion. Determination of parathion could be realized within 10 min by using C18 column with methanol-water(volume ratio of 70∶30) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and 20 μL of injection volume at an absorption wavelength of 270 nm.
