兴山县0～15岁人群乙型病毒性肝炎控制对策研究

摘　　要：目的了解乙肝疫苗接种及乙型病毒性肝炎预防控制效果。方法采用纵向流行病学研究方法,对15岁以下儿童乙肝疫苗接种率、免疫成功率、发病率等进行研究。结果 1998～2009年乙肝疫苗报告接种率为93.83%,调查接种率为93.67%,首针及时接种率为92.37%;HBsAb阳性率为86.98%,其中6岁以下为89.95%;母婴阻断保护率为98.0%;接种副反应率为3.14/10万;发病率下降98.80%;15岁以下儿童发病率与1998年乙肝疫苗接种前比较下降88.48%,2000年后10岁以下儿童乙肝发病率为0～3/10万。结论兴山县乙型病毒性肝炎预防控制已实现或基本实现《2006～2010年全国乙型病毒性肝炎防治规划》目标。Objective To understand vaccination of hepatitis B vaccine and hepatitis B control effect. Methods To collect the data on hepatitis B vaccine vaccination coverage and immunity success ratio and hepatitis B disease incidence rate in 0-15 year old children,using longitudinal epidemiology research technique to study the data. Results The hepatitis B vaccine report vaccination coverage was 93.83% from 1998 to 2009; The investigation vaccination coverage was 93.67%; The hepB1-OT was 92.37%;The HBsAb positive rate was 86.98%; The HBsAb positive rate of children aged 0N6 years old was 89.95%;The protective rate of prevention of mother-to-child transmission was 98.0%.The adverse events rate following immunization was 3.14/100000;The disease incidence rate dropped 98.80%;0-15 year old children disease incidence rate compared with the reference year before in 1998 hepatitis B vaccine vaccination drops 88.48%,the last 2000 years 0-10 year old children hepatitis B disease incidence rate was 0-3/100 000. Conclusion Each target was higher than the nation investigate the target in 2008. To prevent and control of hepatitis B of Xingshan County has basically realized ＂2006- 2010 Year National Hepatitis B Control program＂ the goal.
