摘　　要：目的建立反向高效液相色谱法测定利鼻片中绿原酸的含量。方法采用X BridgeTMC18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(15∶85)为流动相;检测波长:323 nm;柱温:室温;流速:1.0mL.min-1。结果绿原酸在0.0258μg～0.4644μg进样量范围内与峰面积有良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为98.64%,RSD=1.43%(n=9)。结论方法简便、快速,结果准确可靠,为测定利鼻片中绿原酸的含量提供了准确可靠的分析方法。OBJECTIVE To establish a determination method of chlorogenic acid in libi tablets by RP-HPLC.METHODS HPLC was used with the X BridgeTM C18 column（150mm×4.6 mm,5μm）.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution（15∶85）and the detective wavelength was at 323 nm.The column temperature was room temperature and the flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1.RESULTS The good linear correlation existed in the range of 0.0258μg ～0.4644μg of chlorogenic acid（r=0.9998）.The average recovery rate was 98.64% and RSD was 1.43%（n=9）.CONCLUSION The method can be used for quality control in libi tablets and it is simple、rapid、accurate and has good reproducibility.
