HPLC测定小儿双清颗粒中连翘苷的含量

摘　　要：目的建立小儿双清颗粒中连翘苷的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,以依利特Hypersil ODS2(5μm,4.6mm×200mm)为色谱柱,以乙腈-水(23∶77)为流动相,检测波长为278nm,流速为1.0mL.min-1。结果连翘苷的线性范围为0.1108～0.5540μg(r=0.999 4),平均回收率(n=5)为99.1%,RSD为0.78%。结论此方法简便准确,重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of forsythin in Xiao′ershuangqing Granules by HPLC.METHODS The determination was carried out on a Hypersil ODS2（5μm,4.6mm×200mm）with a mobile phase of methanol-H2O（23∶77）.The detective wavelength was set at 278 nm and the flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1.RESULTS The linear range of forsythin was 0.1039～0.5195μg（r=0.999 7）.The average recovery of forsythin was 99.1% and RSD was 0.78%.CONCLUSION This method is simple,accurate and reproducible,suitable for quality control of the drug.
