摘　　要：由于国际人权法和国际人道法的发展,国际法出现人本化趋势,领事关系法也不例外。国际司法机构通过解释《维也纳领事关系公约》和其他国际人权文件,确认嵌入《维也纳领事关系公约》下的个人权利,并且将这些个人权利纳入最低程序保障和生命权等人权框架内,推动领事关系法的人本化。Because of the development of the international human rights law and international humanization law,the international law is tending to be humanized, and consular relation law is no exception.Through interpreting Vienna Convention on Consular Relations and other international instruments on human rights,the international judicial bodies asserted the individual rights inserted in Vienna Convention on Consular Relations,and put these individual rights into the human rights framework of the minimum guarantees of the due process of law and the right to life,so as to promote the humanization of consular relation law.
