摘　　要：目的制备诺氟沙星(NFX)与磺丁基醚-β-环糊精(SBE-β-CD)包合物,并考察其溶解度、溶出度以及化学稳定性的变化。方法以相溶解度法研究SBE-β-CD对NFX的包合作用;采用冷冻干燥法制备NFX-SBE-β-CD包合物,以红外光谱法(IR)与X-射线衍射法对其进行物相鉴定,同时考察NFX经SBE-β-CD包合后,其溶解度、溶出度以及化学稳定性的变化。结果 NFX与SBE-β-CD在溶液与固体状态下均可形成包合物;NFX经SBE-β-CD包合后,其溶解度、溶出速率显著增加,化学稳定性有所提高。结论 SBE-β-CD可明显增加NFX的溶解度、溶出速度,并改善其化学稳定性。Objective To study and prepare NFX-SBE-β-CD solid complex and further investigate its properties such as solubility,dissolution rate and chemical stability.Methods The complexation and concurrent solubilizing effect of SBE-β-CD on NFX were studied by phase solubility method.NFX-SBE-β-CD complex was prepared by lyophilization method and characterized by infrared spectroscopy（IR） and X-ray diffraction.The solubility,dissolution rate and chemical stability of the prepared complex were also examined.Results The stable complex of NFX with SBE-β-CD could be formed either in solution or in solid form.The solubility,dissolution rate and chemical stability of NFX were obviously improved by SBE-β-CD as a result of complexation.Conclusion SBE-β-CD significantly improves the solubility,dissolution rate and chemical stability of NFX.
