细辛脑注射液118例不良反应文献分析

摘　　要：目的探讨细辛脑注射液所致不良反应的临床特点及发生规律,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法检索国内有关数据库,对细辛脑注射液所致不良反应的病例报告进行统计分析。结果共检索到细辛脑注射液所致不良反应118例,均为静脉滴注给药,其中男性42例,女性36例,性别不详者40例;婴幼儿53例,学龄和学龄前儿童49例,其余年龄组16例;速发型不良反应81例,过敏性休克、全身过敏样症状、消化系统反应、皮肤及其附件损伤分别为30、29、27、25例。除1例在13 d后发生失视以外,其余经治疗均恢复正常。结论细辛脑注射液所致不良反应以过敏反应为主,在儿童多见,所致的过敏性休克起病快、危害大,临床医务人员应高度重视。Objective To study the general pattern and characteristics of adverse drug reactions（ADRs） by asarone injection and provide references for rational drug use.Methods Asarone injection-induced ADR case reports published in Chinese medical periodicals from 1998 to 2009 were collected and analyzed statistically.Results We retrieved 118 cases of adverse reactions by intravenous administration of asarone.Among them 42 were males,36 were females,40 were unknown sex,53 infants,49 school age and preschool children,16 other age group.Adverse reactions of rapid onset,anaphylactic shock,systemic allergic-like symptoms,nausea,vomiting,skin and appendage injury were 81,30,29,27,and 25.Apart from 1 case of vision loss on day 13,the rest recovered after the treatment.Conclusion Asarone injection mainly casuse allergic reactions,which is more common in children.Rapid onset of anaphylactic shock may cause great harm.Clinicians should attach great importance to ADRs caused by asarone injection.
