摘　　要：血管内皮细胞损伤及内皮功能障碍与多种心血管疾病有密切的关系,改善内皮功能成为心血管领域研究的一个重要方向。近年来研究发现单味中药、复方制剂、针灸治疗等在调节血管内皮细胞活性物质释放、恢复纤溶系统活性、抑制内皮细胞凋亡、提高内皮细胞的存活率、抗氧化损伤等方面发挥了保护血管内皮细胞的作用。本文综述了近年来的基础与临床研究,反映其最新进展。Vascular endothelial cells injury and endothelial dysfunction play an important role in variety of cardiovascular diseases,to improve endothelial function be an important direction of cardiovascular research.Recently,researches have found that single herb medicine,compound preparations,acupuncture treatment etc in regulating endothelial cells active material release,restoring fibrinolysis system activity,inhibiting endothelial cells apoptosis,improving endothelial cell survival,antioxidant injury have played the role of protecting endothelial cells.This article will summarizes the basic and clinical researches to reflect the latest progress.
