农业产业化主导产业选择研究——以新疆生产建设兵团为例

摘　　要：推进农业产业化进程的关键在于主导产业的选择和培育。本文以比较优势理论为指导,采用效率优势指数、规模优势指数和综合优势指数,对新疆生产建设兵团及其周边省区农业产业的比较优势进行了实证分析。研究结果表明,兵团农业产业在效率方面具有较强的比较优势,但在规模方面却呈现出较大的差异性,综合效率和规模,棉花、番茄、葡萄和羊产业显示出较强的综合比较优势,因此可将其作为兵团农业产业化发展的主导产业。在此基础上,本文从农业产业结构调整、加大科技投入和发展农产品加工业三个方面为兵团农业产业化发展提供了可资借鉴的政策建议。The selection of leading industry is the key to promote the development of agricultural industrialization.Guided by the theory of comparative advantage,this paper analyzes the comparative advantage of XPCC and its neighboring provinces.The results shows that efficiency advantage is showed in almost agricultural industries of XPCC,but its scale is varied in different industries.Thinking about both efficiency and scale,the industries of cotton,tomatoes,grapes and sheep show stronger comprehensive comparative advantage,so we can chose those as the leading industry for XPCC＇s agricultural industrialization.Based on the conclusion,this paper provides some useful recommendations from the aspects of adjustment of industrial structure,the investment of science and technology and the development of agricultural product processing industry.
