社区护理干预在过敏性鼻炎患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨社区护理干预对哮喘患者治疗效果的影响，减轻患者发病症状，总结护理经验。方法：将63例哮喘患者随机分成观察组（32例）和对照组（31例），观察组采用社区护理干预，对照组采用传统的护理方法，干预6个月后评价护理效果。结果：干预后6个月内，患者急诊次数以及住院次数均明显减少，症状明显减轻，患者满意度提高，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：社区护理干预可以改善过敏性鼻炎患者的临床症状，降低急性发作次数，提高患者对护理质量的满意度，值得临床推广应用。Objective：To explore the influence of community nursing intervention on treatment efficiency of patients with allergic rhinitis, relieve the symptoms of this kind of patients., and to sum up the nursing experience. Methods：63 cases patients were divided into the intervention group （32 cases） and control group （31 cases）.The control group was applied for the traditional nursing method, the intervention group took the community nursing intervention;After 6 months＇ community intervention,and then the intervention effect assessment was carried on.Results：The emergency attacks and hospitalization after 6 months＇ community intervention were less than that control group, improve symptoms and satisfaction for nursing, and there were significant difference in two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions： Community nursing intervention can reduce emergency attacks,improve symptoms,increased family satisfaction to nurses,and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
