多创伤患者急诊急救的护理观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨护理观察在多创伤患者急诊急救中的I临床意义及实施过程。方法：结合我院82例多创伤患者急诊急救的过程分析其中护理观察方案。结果．经过积极抗休克，建立静脉通道，维持有效循环血量治疗，82例多创伤患者治愈及好转71例（86．58铆，致残7例（8．53铆，死亡4（4．87％）。结论：有效抢科学规范的急救护理程序可以为患者赢得时间，获得最佳治疗时机。Objective： Discuss a nursing observing clinical significance in giving first aid treatment to in much wound patient emergency call and put process into practice Method： Observe a scheme combining with process analysis nursings among them that my 82 many regular yard wounds patients emergency call gives first aid treatment toResuh. ： Shock, builds vein passage process resisting actively, the amounts maintaining effective circulation blood treat, 82 many example wounds patients are cured and take a turn for the better 71 examples （86.58%）, deliver 7 remaining examples （8.53%）, die 4 （4.87%）. Conclusion： Have an effect to grab standard science emergency treatment nursing procedure being able to be that the patient gains time, gain the best curing opportunity
