济宁市30例甲型H1N1流感重症患者临床资料分析

摘　　要：目的探讨济宁市甲型H1N1流感确诊病例的临床特点。方法分析2009年11月5日至12月12日济宁市第一人民医院收治的甲型H1N1流30例确诊病例的流行病学及临床资料。结果30例甲型H1N1流感确诊病例的临床特点：（1）不同性别和各年龄段均可感染和发病，但主要见于青少年，女性患者偏多。（2）首发症状多为发热，大多数为中低热，发热持续时间为1～4d；主要症状包括发热（96．7％）、咳嗽（90％）、咽痛（30％）主要体征为咽部充血（86．7％）、扁桃体肿大（10％）；少数患者可出现病毒性肺炎。（3）血清c反应蛋白升高和前白蛋白下降比较常见。（4）在奥司他韦治疗的前提下，患者病毒转阴时间1～7d，中位时间4d。结论济宁市30例甲流重症患者临床表现基本符合国家发布的甲流重症患者的临床表现。Objective To analyze clinical features of patients infected with novel influenza A H1N1 in Shanghai. Methods The epidemiology and clinical data ot30 confirmed cases with H1N1 infection from May 24th to July 1st 2009 were analyzed. Results The clinical features of 30patients infected with H1N1 were as follows 1Male and female of different ages could be infected and fell ill the mainly patients were teenagers and female. 2 The starting symptoms were fever mostly low-grade fever for 1 - 4 days. The main symptoms included fever96.7% ,cough90% and pharyngodynia%. The main signs included congestive heart for the pharynx 86.7% and swollen tonsils 54. 4%and a small number of patients suffered with viral pneumonia. 3 The elevated serum C-reactive protein and decreased prealbumin were also detected in most patients. 4 The patients infected with H1N1 would benegative at 1 to 7 days with a median time of 4 days post treatment with oseltamivir. Conclusion H1N1 is highly contagious and can spread among people in different countries. During the prevalence period majority patient scharacterized by minor symptoms and quick healing.
