摘 要:[目的]研究移栽时不同程度断根对水稻根系性状的影响,为育秧方式的采用提供理论依据。[方法]设计5个剪根处理,研究在水稻生长发育过程中的新根发生情况、根分布、根长、根体积、根干重及根系活力。[结果]移栽时剪根可促进新根的发生与生长,对根系在垂直方向的伸长无影响。剪根处理降低了根系的干物质积累能力,但可以削弱生育后期根系对营养物质的消耗。移栽时根长度在1cm以上对根长、根干重、根体积无影响,且可以提高伤流强度。[结论]移栽时根系长度保持在1 cm以上的育秧方法可保证根系生长与产量形成。[Objective]The aim was to study effect of different degrees of root cutting before transplantation on the root traits of rice,so as to provide theoretical basis for adopting seeding-raising methods.[Method]Five cutting roots treatments were designed to research the new root formation,root distribution,root length,root volume,root dry weight and root vigor during the growth process of rice.[Result]Root cutting before transplantation could accelerate the regeneration and development of new root,but had no effect on vertical elongation of root.Root cutting treatment reduced the dry matter accumulation capacity of roots,but weakened its nutrients consumption during the later stage of rice growth.1cm or longer root length before transplantation had no impact on the later root length,root dry weight and root volume,but could improve its bleeding intensity.[Conclusion] The seedling-raising method of maintaining 1cm or longer root length before transplantation could guarantee the growth and yield of roots.
