碱胁迫下苜蓿发芽期性状的相关性研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究碱胁迫下苜蓿发芽期性状的代表性指标,为苜蓿耐碱品种的筛选提供参考依据。[方法]以25个代表性的苜蓿品种为材料,采用随机分组设计,在不同浓度的碱胁迫下对总鲜重、芽鲜重、根鲜重、总长、芽长、根长、发芽率和发芽势8个指标的相关性进行研究。[结果]发芽率与发芽势的相关性极强;苗长与芽长、根长的相关性较强;苗重与根重的相关性极强;3类指标之间,发芽率(或发芽势)与根重、总重的相关性较强,其他性状间没有明显的相关性。[结论]在NaHCO3胁迫下,选择发芽势、胚根重和苗长作为评价指标较为合适。[Objective] To investigate the representative indexes of sprouts period for alfalfa under alkaline stress preliminary and provide a reference for screening Alkali-resistant alfalfa varieties.[Method] Using randomized grouping design method,A total of 16 typical alfalfa varieties were selected.In different alkaline concentrations,the correlation of 8 indexes including total fresh weight,buds fresh weight,root fresh weight,total length,buds length,root length,germination rate and germination energy were studied.[Result] Total weight,root fresh weight and germination energy,and length and root length had correlation.At the same time,germination energy and weight,germination rate and weight,and length and root length have weak correlation.Especially,germination rate and germination energy,total weight and root fresh weight are correlated remarkably respectively.[Conclusion] Germination energy,root weight and length are more appropriate as an evaluation indexes.
