摘　　要：在重庆统筹城乡经济发展中,加强农村基层干部教育培训工作是提高干部整体素质,推进城乡统筹建设的现实需要。通过对重庆市城南乡、万州区和合川区的农村基层干部的培训现状进行调研,在调研统计的基础上分析了重庆农村干部培训存在的问题及原因,并探讨了建立村干部培训机制的方法及对策。In the process of coordinating the development of urban and rural economy in Chongqing,strengthening the educational training for grass-roots cadres constitutes the actual need for the improvement of the overall quality of cadres and the promotion of the urban and rural integration.By conducting a survey on the current status of training for grass-roots cadres in Chengnan Town,Wanzhou District and Hechuan District in Chongqing,and on the basis of the survey and statistics,the problems and its causes behind the training of rural grass-roots cadres in Chongqing were analyzed and the measures and solutions for the establishment of training mechanism for village cadre were discussed in this artick.
