摘  要:国内安装的600MW、1000MN超临界、亚临界凝汽式机组,汽轮机为三缸四排汽汽轮机,配套的是双背压凝汽器。为了响应国家节能要求,对凝汽器高低背压设计原理及存在的问题进行分析,对所采用的抽空气管路进行分析,提出技改方案和安全风险控制要求,为各电力公司的节能工作提供了理论依据,同时使双背压凝汽器的设计更加完善。The Double Back-pressure Condensers are being equipped for 3 cylinders and 4 exhausts steam turbines which are adopted in 600MW and 1000 MW super-critical and sub-critical condensing turbine unit in China. In order to comply with requirements of the state for energy conservation, this paper makes an analysis not only on design principle of high and low back pressure for condensers and its problems as well, but also on its air extraction pipes, and put forward corresponding technical solutions and safety control requirements accordingly, so as to provide theoretical basis for energy conservation of power plants and to further improve design of double back-pressure condensers.
