联用黄芪注射液和糖皮质激素治疗急性重症病毒性心肌炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察联用黄芪注射液和糖皮质激素治疗急性重症病毒性心肌炎的疗效。方法：将 ６２ 例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组３０ 例采用西医常规治疗；治疗组 ３２ 例在对照组治疗的基础上，加用黄芪注射液和糖皮质激素。治疗４ 周后比较２ 组的临床疗效。结果：治疗组在改善患者临床症状、心电图、左室心功能等方面均优于对照组（ Ｐ 均＜ ００５）。结论：联用黄芪注射液和糖皮质激素治疗急性重症病毒性心肌炎能提高临床疗效，调节机体免疫功能，保护受病毒感染的心肌细胞，稳定细胞膜结构，增强左室收缩力，增加心排血量，是一种有效的疗法。Objective:To observe the curative effects of astragalus injection combined with glucocorticoid on acutely severe viral myocarditis (ASVM).Methods:62 cases were randomly divided into control group ( n =30) and treatment group ( n =32).The control group was treated with conventional therapy of western medicine otherwise the treatment group based on the same therapy as control group treated with astragalus injection combined with glucocorticoid.After four weeks therapy the judgements of curative effects were carried out.Results:In all the aspects of improving clinical symptoms,electrocardiogram,and left ventricular functions the treatment group was superior to control group (all P <0 05).Conclusions:The treatment with astragalus injection combined with glucocorticoid for acutely severe viral myocarditis is able to increase the clinically curative effects,regulate the immune functions of body,protect the myocardial cells infected by virus,stabilize the structure of celullar membrane,enhance the contractive force of left ventricle,and to increase the cardiac output (CO).It is an effectively therapeutic method.
