摘　　要：烟叶烘烤控制器自动测试系统旨在完成烤烟控制器产业化中,生产流水线上的板级自动测试,用于生产现场迅速排查出现故障的电路板,确保生产线及时恢复生产。测试系统设计的基本思想是向被测电路板输入激励信号,然后采集其响应信号的输出,测试系统内部通过运算及数据处理,显示测试结果,判断电路各部分功能是否能够实现。硬件设计以PIC18F6527为核心,包括数据采集电路、串行口以太网传输接口电路、声光报警电路等;软件以LabWindows/CVI为平台,编写人机交互界面,从而完成自动化测试系统的开发。The automatic testing system of tobacco baking is designed to implement the board-level automatic test in production lines and form the tobacco control industry.The basic idea of the test system is to input excitation to the circuit board signal,and collect the output of response signal.Then test results are displayed through the data processing and operations to determine whether the function of various parts of the circuit can be achieved.The chip of PIC18F6527 is the core to design data acquisition circuit,the serial interface with Ethernet circuit,sound and light alarm circuits,and so on.The software of LabWindows/CVI is a platform for the design of human-computer interaction interface,thus completing the automatic test system development.
