摘　　要：保定市某建造于新近深厚回填土地基上的排架结构建筑,由于地基处理不当,结构局部变形显著,基本丧失使用功能。通过采用桩式托换和顶升技术综合施治,既满足了地基强度和变形的要求,又使结构既有变形得到恢复。施治一年来,结构变形稳定,功能运营正常。其设计思路、顶升控制技术为今后同类工程提供了有益的借鉴。A framed bent structure is built on the newly deep backfill foundation in Baoding city,and its use function is basically lose due to improper foundation treatment and significant local structure deformation.Through taking comprehensive measures by using pile underpinning and lifting technique,it not only meet the requirements of the foundation strength and deformation,but also make the existing structure deformation to be restored.By giving the treatment over the past year,structural deformation is stable,its function operates normally.Its design ideas and lifting control technology provide a useful reference for similar projects in future.
