摘  要:大丽线松桂一号隧道穿越的主要地层为炭质页岩,在施工过程中,隧道支护结构多次发生变形侵限,最大变形达121 cm,给施工带来了极大的困难。通过对围岩地质构造与隧道稳定性进行分析,对此类围岩实际开挖进行研究与探讨,以及对结构加强适应性进行研究,总结一套安全、快速通过此地层的应对方案及措施,由此积累了施工经验,为今后类似工程施工提供了科学依据。Songgui No.1 Tunnel of Da-Li Railway mainly crosses the stratum of carbonaceous shale.During construction process,deformation invading limits occurs several times in the tunnel support structure,with the largest deformation of 121 cm,which causes great difficulty to the construction.At present,there are no ready technical standards to abide by in such tunnel construction.Through analysis on the surrounding rock geological structure and tunnel stability,and research and discussion on the actual excavation of such surrounding rocks,as well as the application research on structural consolidation and construction scheme choice,this paper summarizes a set of schemes and countermeasures which are safe and for the fast passing in such stratus.With the accumulation of construction experience,this paper can be a scientific reference to future engineering.
