摘  要:围绕智能水电厂的体系结构,提出从水电厂的一体化软硬件基础平台、统一的现地测控总线技术、智能化的决策支持技术等方面开展智能化建设工作。从厂站级和流域水电调度2个方面介绍了水电厂的智能化改造的方向以及智能化改造的具体内容。According to the system structure of smart hydropower plants,the intelligent construction such as:the integrated software and hardware basic platform for hydropower plants,the unified field monitored control bus technology,the intelligent decision support technology,etc.are proposed.The smart hydropower plants' planning is divided into plant-station level intellectualization and river basin hydropower dispatching intellectualization level.They are mutual interrelated,but have different emphasis points respectively.Through the modernization it can greatly promote power production management level,reasonably allocate water resource in the basin,and realize safe and economical operation of reservoir and units.In the meantime,it can also offer a strong support for large-scale intermittent new energy source construction,which may play a big role on energy saving and reducing dissipation of carbon dioxide.
