大型机组双无油电转多重容错调速器及应用

摘　　要：介绍了WT-100-6.3-SC型双无油电转多重容错调速器的系统结构。该型调速器采用了对称冗余电液转换器——双无油电液转换器;多重容错技术系统配置有1024种组态可正常工作;调速器采用片上系统(SOC)型单片机实现测频功能。该型调速器已稳定运行2年,提高了大型水轮机组调节的安全可靠性和稳定性。The system structure of type WT-100-6.3-SC multiple fault tolerance governor with double oil-free electro-hydraulic transducer,as well as its application in Tankeng hydro power station are introduced in the paper.The symmetrical redundant electro-hydraulic transducer,double oil-free electro-hydraulic transducer is used in governor.Application of multiple fault tolerant technique makes the governor fault tolerance and regrouped on-line.The system configuration after regroup has 1024 configurations.The governor which adopts system on chip（SOC） type microcontroller can realize the unique function——frequency measurement.The governor has been put into operation for 2 years,and it has improved the safety,reliability and stability of control system for large turbine units.
