摘  要:介绍了抽拉盖注射模实用结构,论述了该模具结构特点和工作过程。该模具为1模1腔,平扁状直接浇口从制件顶部进料,斜滑块哈夫分型。两半哈夫块上设置直通冷却水道,依靠开模力利用拉钩-推板机构推出塑件。模具结构紧凑、工作可靠,可实现全自动操作。A practical structure of injection mold was introduced for the drawing cover, and a dissertation was made on the structure characteristics and the operational principle. One mold cavity, the flat direct gate and half cavity parting of angle-lift slides were adopted on the mold fed from the top of the part produced. The direct water channels were set on the slides, as well as the plastic part was pulling out by the hook and ejector plate mechanism driven by the opening force. The mould is compact in structure, reliable in operation and complete automatization is achieved.
