摘　　要：本文首先对越南投资结构,包括投资来源国、吸收投资地区及投资产业结构及产业内构成进行梳理;其次分析外国直接投资对越南经济的各种影响,包括对经济贡献率、技术转移及企业竞争效应、就业及福利影响;同时分析越南吸引外国直接投资结构调整方向;最后为简短结语。This paper first makes an analysis on the structure of Foreign Direct Investment（FDI） in Vietnam from three aspects： foreign direct investors,internal districts accepting FDI and industrial structure.Then,the paper valuates FDI＇s impacts on Vietnam＇s economy,including its contribution to GDP,effects on technology transference,competition among enterprises,as well as employment and wage.The third part of the paper is an introduction of Vietnam＇s FDI transformation in the future.
