摘 要:目的 观察一种新型电磁式叶轮轴流泵的心脏辅助作用及对血液学的影响。 方法 将12 只犬随机分为两组,实验组:泵辅助组;对照组:多巴胺辅助组,每组各6 只犬。急性左侧心力衰竭模型为阻断冠状动脉前降支致心肌缺血再灌注损伤,电镜下证实为可逆损害。两组辅助时间均为120 分钟。 结果 实验组比对照组能维持较满意的动脉压和心排血量,并且辅助期间心室作功明显减少,左心室舒张期末压明显降低( P< 005 或 P< 001),电镜观察组织结构明显恢复。同时发现该泵对白细胞、红细胞影响不大,血小板明显降低,游离血红蛋白轻度升高。实验组生存率明显高于对照组( P< 005)。 结论 电磁式叶轮轴流泵是一种简单、有效、方便的心室辅助装置。Objective To experiment study was designed to probe a new type of electromagnetic axial pump for its cardiac assistance and influence to blood components. Methods Twelve adult dogs were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Acute left sided heart failure was induced by temporary ligation of left coronary artery for 20 minutes followed by reperfusion for 5 minutes.Reversible injury to myocardium was proved by electron microscope. Both groups were assisted for 120 minutes. Results The experimental group had a better circulation condition than control group, including satisfactory arterial blood pressure and cardiac output, lower left ventricular end diastolic pressure and left ventricular work.The injury to myocardium had a remarkable recovery. Remarkable reduction of the number of platelet was observed in experimental group. The mortality of experimental group was lower than that of control group. Conclusion The electromagnetic axial pump is an effective ventricular assistant for heart failure and is a simple and convenient device.
