摘　　要：根据动态免费专业电子资源网站建设和使用需要,利用Visual Studio2008和微软SQL Server数据库系统构成一个完整的软件开发环境,介绍免费专业电子资源网站的系统结构设计,开发了一套网站内容综合管理系统对图书馆免费专业电子资源网站进行系统管理,通过Web方式实现网站动态内容的发布。为免费电子资源网站建设提供完整的网站系统平台,系统管理员只需利用该管理平台就可方便快捷地完成各免费电子资源和网站的建设。Based on the requirement of Website management system for active free professional electronic resources, by using Visual Studio 2008 and Microsoft SQL Server Database System to form a whole software development environment, the authors introduced the system structure design, designed and applied a Website management system for active free professional electronic resources, achieved the active Web page applied by the Web mode and provided a whole frame for active free professional electronic resources Website building. Each system administrator can easily accomplish the network resources and Website building of the active free professional electronic resources by using it.
