摘　　要：分析了开放存取为高校图书馆带来的发展机遇和挑战,对学科信息门户建设可持续发展进行思考,通过基于服务资源、印刷型和电子型期刊、数字资源及技术手段的整合,探讨OA模式下高校学科信息门户的优化策略。This article analyzes opportunities and challenges which the Open Access （OA） brings to the university library, and discusses the sustainable development of subject information gateway, as well as optimization strategy of university subject information gateway under the OA model by the means of integrating service-based resources, printed and electronic periodicals, digital resources and technical solutions.
