卡维地洛治疗扩张型心肌病心力衰竭18例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察卡维地洛治疗扩张型心肌病心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将36例扩张型心肌病心力衰竭患者随机分成两组,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用卡维地洛。比较两组治疗后的总有效率及超声心动图的指标变化。结果:对照组总有效率明显低于治疗组(P<0.05);治疗组在超声心动图指标改善上明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:常规治疗加卡维地洛治疗扩张型心肌病心力衰竭,能够显著改善心功能,抑制左室重构,提高生活质量。Objective： To observe clinical effects of Carvedilol in treatment of patients with dilated heart failure. Methods： 36 patients with heart failure due to dilated cardiomyopathy were randomly divided into two groups, control group received conventional treatment, treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy plus Carvedilol. Total effective rate after treat- ment and indicators changes in echocardiography were compared. Results： Total effective rate in control group was remark- ably lower than that in treatment group （P〈0.05）; echocardiographic indicators of the treatment group improved than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The conventional treatment plus Carvedilol in treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy with heart failure can significantly improve heart function, inhibiting left ventricular remodeling and improve the quality of life.
