尿锌比色法检测试剂的应用评价

摘　　要：目的:通过比色法检测尿锌含量以及计算尿锌含量与临床诊断的符合率,来评价这种尿锌含量检测方法的应用价值。方法:用比色法尿锌半定量快速检测试剂盒检测2 954份婴幼儿新鲜尿液标本中锌的含量。结果:比色法尿锌测定与临床诊断的符合率为83.58%。结论:用比色法试剂盒检测尿锌,方法操作简单快速,结果准确可靠,具有临床推广价值。Objective： Detecting urinary zinc content by colorimetry, and calculating the coincidence rate between urinary zinc content and clinical diagnosis, in order to evaluate the utilization value of the colorimetry detecting method for urinary zinc content. Methods： Detecting the zinc content in fresh urine samples of 2 954 infants according to semi-quantitative urinary zinc rapid detection kit. Results： The coincidence rate between colorimetry detection of urine zinc content and clinical diagnosis was 83.58%. Conclusion： The detection kit with colorimetry is a simple and fast method for detection of urinary zinc. The results are accurate and reliable. This method is worthy of application in clinic.
