27例恶性胸膜间皮瘤的CT诊断分析

摘　　要：目的：分析恶性胸膜间皮瘤的CT表现特征，探讨CT的诊断价值。方法：对2000年1月-2010年1月10年间收治的27例确诊为恶性胸膜间皮瘤患者的CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果：27例中有26例的CT表现为不同程度的胸膜增厚。其中弥漫性胸膜增厚18例，局限性胸膜增厚8例；肿块状胸膜增厚16例，结节状胸膜增厚6例，环状增厚4例：单侧胸腔积液19例及胸壁侵犯7例；胸膜增厚≥1cm者23例，胸膜增厚〈1cm者3例。结论：恶性胸膜间皮瘤CT表现有特征性，对其诊断和鉴别诊断具有重要的价值。Objective： To analyze the CT features of malignant pleural mesothelioma and discuss it＇s diagnostic value. Methods： To analyze retrospectively the CT features and clinical datas of 27 patients with malignant pleural mesothelioma from January 2000 to January 2010. Results： 26 cases demonstrated various pleural thickening included 18 cases with dif- fuse pleural thickening and 8 cases with localized pleural thickening; 16 cases with lumpy pleural thickening, 6 cases with nodular pleural thickening, and 4 cases with annular pleural thickening; 19 cases demonstrated unilateral pleural effusion and 7 cases with invasion of the chest wall; pleural thickening ≥ 1 cm was found in 23 cases, 〈1 cm in 3 cases.Conclusion： The CT features of patients with malignant pleural mesothelioma are distinctive, and CT plays an important role in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of this disease.
