摘　　要：提出了一种基于平方剩余定理的会议密钥分配方案。在该方案中，会议密钥是以广播方式发送的，任何人不能冒充会议主席来分发会议密钥。另外，它还能利用时间标志抵抗重播攻击，而且对密钥发送者能进行鉴别。本方案所需计算量比原来的一些方案小。A conference key distribution scheme based on the theory of Quadratic Residues is proposed in this paper.In this scheme,conference key is distributed in a broadcast way and anyone cann't impersonate the chairman to distribute the conference key.It can resist the replaying attack by using the time stamp T and authenticate the chairman.The quantity of computation is smaller than the original ones.
