摘　　要：目的探讨英夫利西治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床应用。方法选取2008年1月至2010年5月期间,对我院门诊及住院76例类风湿性关节炎患者随机分为2组,A治疗组:38例选用英夫利西加甲氨蝶呤,停用所有非甾体抗炎药和慢作用抗风湿药;B组38例选用羟氯喹加甲氨蝶呤为对照组,观察2组患者用药前后相关临床症状、体征及实验室指标,比较治疗前后各项指标的变化,判断疗效。结果治疗后2组患者的关节疼痛、晨僵时间、类风湿因子、C反应蛋白以及抗CCP抗体等项目的检测结果较治疗前明显改善,差别有统计学意义,治疗后A组改善较B组明显,A组治疗有效率高于B组,且各项相比差别有统计学意义。结论本次研究的结果与国外学者的一些大样本临床研究结果基本相同,英夫利西治疗RA疗效较好,尤其对病情进展快,传统治疗效果不佳者,取得了较满意疗效,其安全性和疗效已在临床得到了证明,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate The clinical application of infliximab which to cure rheumatoid arthritis with Clinical experience.Methods Selected 76 patients in our hospital,before treatment they were suspended all non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and slow-acting antirheumatic drugs.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,and ganven different treatment drugs：A（38,infliximab＋MTX）,B（38,Hydroxy chloroquine＋MTX）.Monitor clinical symptoms signs and laboratory examinations of the two group before and after treatment.Comparison of changes in the indicators before and after treatmentm to determine efficacy.Results After treatment,testing results are better than these of before treatment,A group was improved more significantly than B group.The effective percentage of A group is higher than that of B gorup.All the difference were statistically significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion The results of this study is nearl same with foreign scholars’,and infliximabhas an better effect,its long-term safety and efficacy has been proven in clinical,And it is worthy of promotion.
