浅谈糖尿病肾病患者的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病肾病患者的护理要点。方法回顾性分析我院2002年1月至2009年10月收治的97例糖尿病肾病患者的临床资料。结果 77例患者血糖、Cr、BUN等值均较治疗前明显降低,尿糖、尿蛋白也较治疗前明显好转,总有效率为94.85%。结论在严格执行治疗医嘱的前提下,积极采取综合护理措施,可以有效保护糖尿病肾病患者的肾功能,改善患者的生活质量。Objective Of nursing of patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods Retrospective analysis of 2002 in Our Hospital on January 1st October 2009 97 patients admitted to the clinical data of patients with diabetic nephropathy.Results 77 cases of blood glucose,Cr,BUN equivalent lower than before treatment,urine sugar,urine protein significantly better than before treatment,the total effective rate was 94.85 percent.Conclusion Treatment of medical advice in the strict implementation of the premise,proactive comprehensive care measures can effectively protect the diabetic kidney disease,kidney function,improve patient quality of life.
