摘　　要：目的探讨儿童颈部烧伤的临床治疗方法。方法 142例颈部烧伤患儿随机分为对照组和实验组,前者给予SD-Ag粉治疗,后者给予湿润烧伤膏(MEB0)治疗。结果治疗组创面愈合时间均较对照组短,止痛作用较对照组强。结论 MEB0可作为儿童颈部烧伤的首选外用药。Objective To investigate the clinical treatment of children,method of neck burns.Methods 142 patients with neck burns were randomly divided into control and experimental groups,the former gave SD a Ag powder treatment,which is given MEBO（MEB0） treatment.Results The wound healing time shorter than in the control group,stronger analgesic effect than the control group.Conclusion MEB0 neck burns as the first choice for children outside the administration.
