摘　　要：介绍了一种大功率激光二极管的精密恒温制冷系统，利用半导体制冷器对大功率激光二极管进行制冷和精密温控，构成全固态制冷系统。本系统使用ＰＣ机作为控制平台，采用自整定ＰＩＤ算法，人机界面友好，控制精度高，温控精度可达±０．１℃，激光二极管输出光功率波动峰峰值小于１．５‰。A precise constant temperature control system for high power laser diode is provided in this paper.The full state refrigeration system is made up of a TEC(thermal electrical cooler)which is controlled by a PC with PID arithmetic.The error of the temperature controlled is ± 0.1℃ and the fluctuation(ppv)of laser diode output is less than 1.5‰。
