摘 要:将超声波作用于纯铝微弧氧化处理过程,研究了超声波对于微弧氧化膜层的结构及耐磨、耐蚀性的影响。对陶瓷层厚度进行了测量,通过XRD、SEM、摩擦磨损和电化学分析等方法对陶瓷层的表面形貌、相结构、耐磨性和耐腐蚀性能进行了测试。结果表明:施加超声波后,气泡从液体中逸出更加迅速,溶液变得清澈。但小功率超声波作用于微弧氧化过程,使恒压模式下微弧氧化的脉冲电流变化不明显,而且对最终膜层的膜厚、相结构、表面形貌及耐磨和耐腐蚀性能的影响也不大。The micro-arc oxidation process of pure aluminum was carried out under low power ultrasonic condition. The effect of ultrasonic on structure, wear resistence and corrosion resistance of the micro-arc oxidation ceramic coating have been investigated. The thick- ness of ceramic coating has been measured. The appearance, phase structure, wear resistance and corrosion resistance have been detected by X-ray diffractometer, scanning electron microscope, abrasion wear and electrochemistry analysis. The results show that the bubbles emit from .the electrolyte liquid rapidly and the electrolyte gets more clear with ultrasonic power using. The pulse current of micro-arc oxidation does not change obviously under the constant voltage and low power uhrasonic action during micro-arc oxidation process; and the final coating thickness, phase structure, appearance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance have no obvious changes either.
