摘　　要：近年来,图书情报界的热点话题——"二八定律&长尾理论"已逐步渗入到图书馆学知识服务的各个环节。本文仅以期刊情报资源的建设和服务实践水平的提升为切入点,从理论与实践相结合的角度阐释普通高校图书馆期刊资源如何面对"长尾"理论的挑战,并提出了一些切实可行的、带有普遍性的应对措施,以供参考。In recent years, 20-80 rules and long tail theory have become a hot issue and permeated through the library information science. The paper, on the point of periodical information resources construction and service practice, and practical in meeting the challenge of long tail theory from the perspective of the comminuting theory with a practice and puts forward feasible and genearal measure.
