摘　　要：专利信息资源是影响知识创新的关键性战略资源,科技交流的国际化对具有时空局限的专利信息资源提出了互操作的需求,本文借助专利信息资源的元数据描述框架,在分析专利信息资源互操作需求基础上,引入元数据登记系统方法,构建了专利信息资源互操作功能模型,并根据实际案例加以实现。Patent information resources are key strategic resources of knowledge innovation. The internationalization of intercommunion of science and technology demands the interoperation of patent information resources which has localization of space-time. In this paper, we analyzed the metadata description framework of patent information resources, introduced and implemented the model of interoperation of patent information resources according the practice demands.
